A five-against-two circle rondo to switch the brain on: quick feet, quicker heads, defenders swap on a win.
After a clean regain, the defender secures a first ground pass to a protected teammate outside the pressing group.
Two ball carriers approach each other in a wide lane, read the approaching body shape and choose separate routes past one another.
Predict a gentle thrown ball's landing zone and communicate the decision without jumping or diving.
Four pairs change allies on a clear coach call, then combine towards the two targets belonging to the opposing alliance.
Four outside players protect the ball in a compact square while one defender presses; each pass should move the defender and reveal the next support angle.
Each team protects a line of upright cones while using passes and support to find a ground route to the opposing pins.
Pairs score a point for every pass played through their gate — most gates in sixty seconds wins.
A three-player team relays two controlled ground passes into a placed finish, rotating the shooting role each turn.
Weave through five cones, round the last one, dribble straight back and hand over to the next player.
Pairs practise balanced ground strikes from a stationary ball, choosing one of two empty targets in their own lane.
Three minutes of walking with long breathing to bring the heart rate down, then a short team huddle to close the session.
