Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using CobraHQ, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you set up or administer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CobraHQ provides software for grassroots football (soccer) coaches, academies, and clubs to manage players, sessions, attendance, lineups, team chat, fee collection, and related records, on the web and through our native Android and iPhone apps. The mobile apps are published as CobraHQ: Football Coaching on Google Play and the App Store. Features marked as coming soon or in review are not yet available and are not part of the current service.
Accounts and organisations
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Organisation administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the access they grant. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CobraHQ only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to access, interfere with its operation, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
Your data and member records
Organisations are responsible for having authority to provide and manage player, guardian, and member information they add to CobraHQ. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Application records are soft-deleted first so clubs can recover from mistakes.
Plans and payment
The Solo plan is free. The paid plans — Trainer Pro, Academy Starter, Academy Growth, and Club — can be subscribed to online, billed monthly or yearly, with payments handled by our payment provider. Enterprise plans are arranged directly with us. Each plan includes set limits on coaches, teams, and players; current limits and prices are shown on the pricing page, and you can view and manage your organisation's subscription from its billing settings. We will make any change to billing terms clear before it applies to you.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep CobraHQ available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, add, or remove features over time and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use the service.
Liability
CobraHQ is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using CobraHQ at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or other users. On termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
