Inside-Outside Colour Gates
Every player dribbles their own ball and reacts to the coach's colour call by dribbling through a matching gate.

Setup
Step 1 of 3
One ball each inside the 20 × 20 m square. Nine gates in three colours spread across the area; coach outside with the calls.
Coaching points
- Little touches — keep the ball within playing distance.
- Eyes up between touches: know where the nearest gate of each colour is before the call.
- Use both feet — inside and outside of each foot.
- React on the call: first touch already goes towards a gate.

Progressions
- Harder Call two colours in sequence — players must remember the order.
- Easier Walking pace, one colour only, bigger gates.
